Can you deliver goods to my location?
Yes we most certainly can. Deliveries within Nairobi County attracts a delivery charge of KES 250/- per carton. Anywhere else in Kenya would cost KES 500/- per carton. For deliveries to other countries, specific pricing for transport of goods will need to be determined based on volumetric weight.
What are the payment options?
Goods have to be paid for in advance before delivery. Payments can be made by PayPal and Mpesa Buy Goods Till no. 811144. In addition, payments can also be made by RTGS, SWIFT or EFT directly to our bank account. Please contact us at info@kipmelamine.com for bank account information.
What is your return policy?
Goods are returnable within 14 days of purchase as long as they remain intact and unused in the original packaging (the packaging may be opened, of course) and in full. Goods are to be returned to our Factory (at 10 Pate Road, Nairobi)Â with a copy of the invoice, at the customer's expense. A refund less a processing and restocking fee of 10% of the total invoiced will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds take 1 to 2 weeks to process and are only paid by Mpesa to the buyer's direct number.
Is branding and personalized artwork overlay possible?
Yes. We are pleased to say that we are able to place images, lettering, messages, and other forms of artwork permanently on most items so that institutional and food-service-industry customers can enhance their brands by making them visible on all types of crockery and tableware.
